Refunds, Returns & Delivery Policy

All sales of Exterior Amenities marketed products and any like products are final.

No refunds will be given unless furniture is received in damaged or broken condition.

In the event an order is received damaged, either a replacement part will be reshipped or a store credit will be issued.

Cash refunds will not be given under any circumstance.

Warranty on all Exterior Amenities products is guaranteed for 2 years to be free from defect, based on normal use and conditions.

Lead times are only estimates and Exterior Amenities is not financially liable for any delays that may occur in production and/or transit of goods.

Exterior Amenities does not allow order cancellations due to missed lead times.

All lead times begin when a deposit payment is received and cleared in a designated checking account. All orders must be paid in full prior to final shipment and are subject to storage fees due to late payment. By paying an  invoice, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
